Physical works: Hand-drawn or printed pieces not smaller than A4 size
Digital works: JPG or PNG formats, scanned images with a resolution of at least 300 pixels
Participants:
Pre-K to K, elementary school, middle school
Use English to describe and speak about a water-related painting. The artwork can be self-created or sourced online.
Speech duration: 2 to 3 minutes
